1. Not to disclose or use directly and indirectly and to keep confidential, either during or after my employment with Manila Doctors Hospital any secret or confidential technology, information or trade secret of the Company including but not limited to information related to sale, customers, business plans, strategies, medico-legal information, product and process research and development, new product and service information, supplier data, cost information, financial records, patient records, legal documents, customer information, plans, projects and activities, contract of engagements, records and files, minutes of the meetings, e-mail communications, inter-office letters and other business correspondences (collectively as “Confidential Information”) and to the conduct of the business of the company except when authorized in writing by the Company;
2. To acknowledge that Confidential Information, whether or not in written form, is the exclusive property of Manila Doctors Hospital , that it has been and will continue to be of critical importance to the business of Manila Doctors Hospital , and that the disclosure of it to, or use of it by, competitors and others will cause substantial and irreparable harm.
3. To assign to Manila Doctors Hospital all work, product developments/improvements, systems processes, innovations, researches and projects made by me alone or jointly with others, in the course of my employment resulting from tasks assigned to me by the Company.
4. To return all Manila Doctors Hospital-related information and property that I have in my possession including without limitation minutes of the meeting, all office documents, business correspondence, contract of engagements, project plans, financial records, legal documents and other files, records, information stored on my computer and other related documents.
5. Not to disclose my salary and company benefits with other employees . I acknowledge that such information is confidential and may not be discussed in the workplace.
6. I acknowledge that This “Undertaking on Confidentiality” shall be in effect for the duration of my employment with Manila Doctors Hospital and shall continue to be effective anytime. That Manila Doctors Hospital reserves the right to take disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
